MEXICO CITY – March 13, 2023 – Mexico Infrastructure Partners announces the placement of its second FIBRA E in under two years, incorporating 97.77% of two federal correctional facilities located in Guanajuato (Sarre Infraestructura y Servicios) and Sonora (Pápagos Infraestructura y Servicios).
MIP is the only infrastructure manager in Mexico to have successfully placed two FIBRA E vehicles — FEXI 21 and FSocial 23 — on the Mexican stock market.
With this placement, MIP operates three CKDs, one CERPI and two FIBRA E vehicles.
